They love putting together team events and are committed to positive employee engagement! The HR Generalist will work closely with leadership and make an impact on the organization's culture! Overview of the Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, screen candidates, and conduct interviews Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation Manage benefits programs and serve as point of contact for benefits related questions and issues Assist with payroll processing and resolve employee timecard issues Provide support for performance reviews and development plans Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or another related field Minimum three years of experience in an HR Generalist role Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite Location: This role is 100% onsite in Bristol, IN Salary: $57,000 - $65,000 depending on experienceClick here to apply online
