Assist with recruitment and onboarding by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations. Manage HR records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policies, and workplace concerns. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement. Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resource Generalist: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). HR experience, preferably in employee relations, benefits, or recruitment. Knowledge of HR laws and compliance, including FMLA, FLSA, and EEO regulations.
