Staff Accountant About the Company and Opportunity: CFS is working with a local, family owned and operated company in NE Portland seeking a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant works closely with the Controller and has high visibility with the owner. This role is responsible for loan management and general accounting support. They offer excellent benefits, including: company paid medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more! Overview of the Staff Accountant role: Review and enter accounting data into systems ensuring accuracy. Assist the controller with gross profit and commissions calculations. Process accounts receivable transactions as needed. Ensure loan packages are complete and handled timely with financial institutions. Maintain open and effective communication with internal and external contacts. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Location: NE Portland - In office positionSalary: $55,000-60,000 Timing is everything.
