A regional powerhouse lawfirm in NYNJ, is seeking an experienced and motivated Land Use and Zoning Attorney to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with a strong desire to expand their practice and to contribute to the firm's growth.Requirements4-6 years of land use and zoning experience.Experience presenting applications before municipal and county planning boards and zoning boards.Significant command of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.Strong research skills and oral communication skills.Familiarity with the Redevelopment Law process in New Jersey, including experience negotiating and drafting redevelopment agreements and financial agreements, is a plus.QualificationsPossess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.Salary: $130,000- 190,000 DOEHow to Apply: If you're ready to take the next step in your legal career and have the qualifications above, I encourage you to apply.
