Acumatica Consultant Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Acumatica Consultant to support our client's ERP system by setting up dashboards, managing security user updates, enhancing the mobile application, and ensuring smooth daily field report updates. The ideal candidate will have experience with Acumatica's reporting tools, including AP and AR report modifications, General Inquiry (GI) reports, and module customization. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with different departments to optimize our Acumatica environment. Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Setup: Configure and customize dashboards for different user roles, ensuring relevant data visualization for decision-making. Security & User Management: Update security settings, manage user roles and permissions, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Mobile Application Enhancements: Work on the Acumatica mobile app to improve accessibility and functionality for field operations. Daily Field Report Updates: Ensure timely updates and accuracy in daily field reports within Acumatica. Report Modifications: Customize and enhance reports for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to meet business requirements. General Inquiry (GI) Reports & Modules: Create and modify GI reports, optimize data retrieval, and work on Acumatica modules to improve operational efficiency. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for Acumatica-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations. Process Improvements: Analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement best practices within Acumatica. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 8+ years of experience as an Acumatica Consultant or in a similar ERP support role. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Acumatica ERP, report customization (AP, AR, GI reports), and dashboard configuration. Mobile Application Knowledge: Familiarity with Acumatica's mobile app customization and optimization. Reporting & Analytics: Ability to modify and generate reports using Acumatica's reporting tools and General Inquiry features. Certifications (Preferred): Acumatica ERP Certification or relevant ERP certifications. Location: Fully onsite, Columbus, ohio 43209Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000#LI-MS7#ZRCFSTECH
