Gpac is currently working with a leader in the Grain industry and we are searching for a Director of Sales.This Director of Sales opportunity will come with a very competitive base compensation package as well as bonus opportunities!Company vehicle will be provided for work travel.This opportunity comes with solid benefits and other job perks.This Director of Sales position is remote and does not require daily attendance in the office!Director of Sales Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Sales Director or similar leadership role within the logistics or supply chain industry preferred• Strong understanding of logistics operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.• Grain Commodity Trading experience required.• Basis Trading Training, required.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.• Proficient knowledge of AGRIS, preferred.• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Apply with an updated resume to be considered for this Director of Sales position.
