Acts as the central point of contact for print production-related requests and works with internal and external stakeholders to advise on creative solutions that can be produced efficiently and effectively - in-house and commercially. Actively analyzes trends, issues, and resources to ensure that the team is able to address high-capacity workloads. Prioritizes and assigns tickets through the Print Production Intake Portal. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant business areas and processes in order to provide solutions and define requirements that will help to streamline the production workflow.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and guide Print Production team members Provides timely performance reviews, appraises performance, and successfully resolves conflict Reviews press proofs to ensure that they align with the files that were provided Defines standards, workflows, processes, and procedures for the team and provides training and documentation to support these practices Manages and updates existing Print Production Knowledgebase Efficiently and accurately monitor, triage, document, and resolve Jira issuestickets Develop reports and metrics to track and analyze Print Production intake portal data Expert-level ability to analyze requests to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement Review deliverables to ensure the highest possible quality standards and project satisfaction Develop and implement process improvements that are based on data-driver decisions that will positively impact productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness Work with Supply Chain to enter literature into WindchillSAP Process invoices through Capri as needed Communicates regularly with the Creative Solutions Sr. Manager to report inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement, and identifies solutions to make timely adjustments andor improvements Manage the operation of the Marketing Workroom, including scheduling, coverage, supplies, equipment maintenance, and lending a hand to production efforts as needed. Maintain all tools and platforms created by the team: Jira, Dashboards, Business Portal Literature Template, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to write relevant communications for Salesforce Chatter group Communicate with requesters and vendors (via Jira portal, email, telephone, Chatter, or otherwise) in a professional, courteous, and effective mannager Expert level management of project assignments through effective planning, working to clear obstacles, and driving project completion Work for the best interest of the customer, while adhering to governingcorporate regulations, policiesprocedures Assist team members with production during times of PTO and increases project volume Incidental Duties: The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Mathematical SkillsAbility to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
