HR Generalist Job Summary:CFS has partnered with a local non-profit organization seeking an HR Generalist to join the team! The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on workplace issues. Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements. Support performance management initiatives, including annual reviews and employee development programs. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and leave management. Handle HR-related projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.#ZRCFS
