Controller We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our corporate office near Bel Air, MD. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership, analytical, and technical skills to oversee all accounting operations and support strategic decision-making.Salary$100,000 - $120,000 + full benefits package Key Responsibilities: Plan, direct, and coordinate all accounting functions. Manage the consolidation of financial data for accurate business reporting. Prepare internal and external financial statements. Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making. Oversee the budgeting process and financial planning. Assess and enhance current accounting operations and internal controls. Evaluate accounting software and database effectiveness. Develop and monitor key business performance metrics. Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory reporting requirements. Hire, train, and manage accounting staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Minimum of 6 years of combined accounting and finance experience. CPA certification is a plus but not required.
