Responsibilities: Provide analytical support during monthly closing cycles, including expense classification review and transaction analyses Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to manage accrual processes and ensure proper accounting treatment for service agreements Support internal and external audit requirements for operational contracts and reserves Lead annual and semi-annual budgeting processes for multiple divisions Prepare and oversee monthly financial performance reports and forecasts Manage invoice processing across several operational departments Develop business cases and financial analyses for key initiatives Conduct cost analyses as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Advanced degree and CPA preferred. 10+ years of experience in financial analysis or project accounting Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and financial operations Advanced proficiency in MS Office and financial systems
