HR Manager | Dynamic Start-up Environment | Up to $100K The Opportunity We're seeking a hands-on HR Manager to build and oversee all HR functions in this newly created position. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make their mark and create meaningful impact in a growing organization. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain HR infrastructure, including policies, procedures, and employee handbook Manage immigration compliance, including H1B process, green cards, I9, and W2 documentation Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes Develop and implement PTO and vacation policies Administer and optimize ADP payroll processing Conduct compensation analysis and maintain competitive benefits programs Handle all employee relations matters, including new hires and terminations Create efficient HR processes and systems from the ground up Manage multi-site employee oversight Qualifications Required: Proven HR experience with strong knowledge of labor laws Experience with ADP payroll systems Demonstrated ability to work independently and create HR infrastructure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in policy development and strategic planning Preferred: Spanish language proficiency Experience with immigrationvisa processes (H1B, Green Card) Multi-site employee management experience HR Generalist or Senior HR professional background What We Offer Competitive salary up to $100K (based on experience) Ground-floor opportunity to build HR function Beautiful office location Free parking Growing, dynamic environment Opportunity for significant professional growth Position Level We will consider candidates at both the HR Manager and HR Generalist level, provided they have the necessary policy and strategy experience.
