Project Manager - HeavyHighway ConstructionWe are looking for a Project Manager for a well-established heavy and highway construction company to oversee infrastructure projects across the Southeast. This role involves managing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.Responsibilities:Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and cost control.Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and safety standards.Address risks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize efficiency.Assist in estimating and bidding processes.Manage equipment usage, rentals, and maintenance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.5 years of experience managing heavyhighway construction projects.Knowledge of DOT, Corps of Engineers, and highway construction regulations.Experience with bridges, highways, utilities, or large-scale earthworks.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.APPLY TODAY !!!
