This high-visibility role reports directly to the CFO and has the potential to move up into an Accounting Manager or Controller level position. Casual environment with good worklife balance Responsibilities Perform month-end close duties and assist with financial reporting packages Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Prepare bank and various balance sheet account reconciliations Perform financial analysis of accounts Assist with the preparation of the annual budget Maintain fixed asset schedule Act as backup for AP, AR, and payroll departments Other tasks and duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2+ year's related experience High degree of proficiency with Excel and accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Salary and Benefits Salary range is $70,000-85,000 Located in the Cleveland area Strong benefit package including medical and dental, life insurance and 401K with match #SeniorAccountant
