About the Company and the Accounts Payable Accountant Opportunity: CFS is partnering with a repeat client, a big name distributor, to hire a second Accounts Payable Accountant to join their growing accounting team! The Accounts Payable Accountant will work Monday-Friday, primarily 8:30am-5pm with some flexibility as needed. Job Duties of the Accounts Payable Accountant: Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices (about 500 per week) Daily processing of parts bills and credits Process vendor bills Processing payments in NetSuite Perform credit processing Perform reconciliations Ad hoc duties as needed Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Accountant: 2+ years' high volume accounts payable and reconciliation experience Knowledge of 3 way matching, working with POs, and inventory a plus Intermediate Excel skills required. Knowledge of pivot tables and vlookup highly preferred! Experience using Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP system highly preferred Knowledge of ZoneCapture software a plus Must be able to pass a background check! #INFEB2025#ZRCFS
