They are looking for a Director of Financial Reporting that will play a crucial role in their mission by managing their $300 million budget. Responsibilities of the Manager of Financial Reporting: Monthly Close reporting - reviewing balance sheets, journal entries, GL, P&L's, variance analysis Identify and explain discrepancies or changes in reporting Research monthly P&L for the meetings Explore and implement strategies to enhance financial reporting and forecasting processes Provide materials for the VP's such as year-end audit work papers, financial statements, and footnotes Qualifications of the Manager of Financial Reporting: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBACPA is a plus 5+ years of relevant experience-Nonprofit is a plus Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Great Plains, MIP, SAP, Power BI is a plus; experience with budgeting tools and advanced Excel skills #INDEC2024#LI-SM1
