Learning & Development Coordinator IL

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a skilled Learning & Development Coordinator for a hybrid 3-6-month contract. If you have a background in HR, training and development or corporate events , and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Manage training, webinar, and virtual event calendars across US offices.Coordinate logistics for room bookings and conference services.Collaborate with ITAV teams for event setups.Order and manage snacksfood for municate event details and send invitations.Assist with additional ad-hoc projects as needed.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in corporateprofessional services (L&D, law firm, HR, event planning).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation skills and experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Creative, confident, and able to collaborate across organizational levels.Benefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
