What You'll Own Financial Leadership - Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial modeling to drive business decisions. Full-Scope Accounting - Handle everything from P&L statements to KPI dashboards, franchise royalty reports, and tax compliance. Operational Oversight - Oversee reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll review, and third-party HR services. Strategic Decision Support - Provide financial insights to leadership, tracking revenue trends and system-wide performance. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5+ years of hands-on accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) Self-starter mindset-comfortable taking full ownership of financial operations Auditing experience and forecasting skills to support financial planning Bonus Points For: CPA or equivalent certification (preferred, but not required) Experience in franchise financial operations (a plus) Ready to Make an Impact?
