Engineering ManageWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our New Product Development (NPD) team, reporting to the Director of NPD. This role will oversee a team of Engineers, Designers, and Specialists focused on food service equipment and appliance projects, ensuring the development of high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable products.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team in designing mechanical systems for food service appliances, with an emphasis on refrigeration and heating systems.Manage multiple projects, overseeing concept development, 3D CAD design, prototyping, testing, and final production launch.Act as a technical lead for complex projects, ensuring design compliance with safety, reliability, and manufacturing requirements.Collaborate cross-functionally to support ERP processes, BOM management, and engineering change orders.Conduct hands-on testing, data analysis, and prototype development, working closely with laboratory technicians.Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the engineering team.Required Skills & Experience:8-15 years of experience in mechanical design and product development, with 3-5 years in engineering management.Expertise in 3D SolidWorks (or related software), tolerance stack-up, and design for manufacturability.Experience with sheet metal, machined parts, injection molding, refrigeration components, motors, sensors, and PCB controls.Strong background in testing environments, data analysis, and performance optimization.Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive new product releases.Knowledge of automation, HVAC, food service equipment, and electromechanical systems is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Please submit a resume for consideration.
