MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER - 2nd SHIFT 2nd Shift hours: Mon - Thursday 3:15 p.m. - 1:45 a.m. INITIAL TRAINING on 1ST SHIFT REQUIRED MON - FRI 7 AM-3:30 PM Temp to Full Time Position Supports our Assembly Department on Main Campus facility. OTJ cross training provided. Will train in the Assembly of Metal products (primarily Custom Cabinets, Enclosures and frameworks) for Power, Medical, and Technology industries. Will initially train and work in tandem with experienced and seasoned associates already on staff. REQUIRED:^ Previous knowledge, experience or interest in metal workfabrication; assembly of products etc.^ Ability to learn assembly of a variety of metal products.^ Cross training on finishing equipment such as a Fladder, Hand grinders, deburring equipment, etc.^ 2-3 yrs. knowledge experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.^ Ability to read and accurately interpret prints or schematics.^ Mechanically inclined: able to use a variety of powerair and hand tools including rivet guns.^ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with regularity.
