Accounts PayableReceivables Clerk ABOUT THE COMPANYOur client is a leading marketing organization and they are looking to add an Accounts PayableReceivables Clerk to their growing team. They offer unlimited PTO, casual dress code, employee lunches, and other perks.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLERECEIVABLES CLERK ROLE: The Accounts Payable Coordinator will check and approve all vouchers for payment. Prepare invoice deduction notices, review coded invoices as necessary Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files. Prepare analysis of accounts, as required. Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLERECEIVABLES CLERK ROLE: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivables Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 6 months of relevant experience Solid computer skills
