Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of financial and operational functions, including: Analyzing monthly and annual financial and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with Property Managers to provide guidance and oversight on operating plans, budgets, and forecasts.
