Oversee general ledger and tax accounting for U.S. and Canadian operations. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely financial reporting. Prepare financial statements and provide insights through ad hoc reporting. Strengthen internal controls, mitigate financial risks, and enhance asset protection. Advise internal teams on financial matters, including tax implications. Coordinate financial reporting, tax filings, cash forecasting, and regulatory submissions. Identify and address financial risks, implementing effective solutions. Ensure compliance with all tax filings and oversee banking transaction approvals. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of experience in Accounting roles within manufacturing or project-based businesses Bachelor's in Accounting (MBA a plus!)
