Accounting Manager Overview: As the Accounting Manager, you will be a key member of the Accounting team leading a staff of 4-5 and reporting to the VP, Assistant Controller. This Accounting Manager will oversee the financial functions of the company, and mentor their team with a servant leadership mindset. The successful person will have experience in accountingfinancial leadership within a bank or credit union. They will also have a track record of mentoring and developing staff, and the ability to partner with leadership on key decisions.
