Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to maximize performance and ensure consistent execution of company standards and policies. Process Optimization: Analyze current operational processes and workflows, implementing improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with company growth objectives, including technology adoption and service expansion. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly regarding fuel handling, transportation, and storage. Budget Management: Oversee operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective management of resources while maintaining service quality. Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customer service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing operational concerns, resolving issues, and providing innovative solutions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analytics to monitor operational performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present insights to senior management to drive decision-making. Qualifications: VP of Operations Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in steel manufacturing Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. Proficiency in operational software, ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite. This position is fully on-site and annual compensation is around $100,000-120,000.#ZRCFS#INFEB2025#LI-JS4#INMAR2025
