RFP Project Manager DC

JOB IS 4 DAYS ON SITE IN DCSTRONG RFP EXP REQUIREDstrong project manager who can develop a detailed project planschedule, manage the project documentation, coordinate logisticsmeetings with key stakeholders, help guide and draft the RFP, and produce project progress reports and visuals for updates to senior management.someone who can help with project plan, documentation, keeping track of logisticsmeeting, general project management and keeping the project on time and under budget, etcStatus reports- governance team with senior leaders, will have monthly status report and meetings- want regular status updates for vpsPart of challenge is helping senior leadership to understand complexity of deal- business has agreed to have SMEs to gather requirements etc, but need the structure in place to manage the project and help with documentation to prepare the RFP.Need someone with experience helping to shape and shepherd and RFP- balance of someone who has done the coordination and management and is comfortable wearing that hat but has experience with RFP processToolstechnologies- ADO would be nice to haveNeed experience coordinating effort to help across groupsteams, migrations etc- lot of moving pieces.
