Accounting & Finance Manager About our Client: Our client is a Not-For-Profit organization focused on providing housing services for women in need in the community.They've been in business for over 10 years and have expanded many of their services.The organization is working on a Hybrid schedule and are offer a collaborative atmosphere. Responsibilities: Oversee the day to day management of accounting, financial reporting, contracts management, AP & AR Oversee day to day functions of the team Ensure reporting compliance Monitor process for all government contract vouchering and financial reporting Work closely with the Board Treasurer and Finance committee Monitor cash flow, monthly bank, credit card and PEX Card reconciliations Review General ledger and biweekly payroll Experience Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance 5+ Years experience Technically Savvy: QuickBooks, HHS Accelerator a plus! #INSEP2023#CBSEP2023
