The IT Operations Assistant manages Goodwill SoCal's mobile devices and identity hardware, including setup, configuration, deployment, contracts, troubleshooting and decommissioning. The role is also responsible for managing IT inventory such as telephones, computers and mobile devices. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintains all company Android and iOS mobile devices including setup, configuration, deployment, contracts, troubleshooting and decommissioning. Maintains all company issued identity hardware such as Multifactor Authentication tokens and printing fobs, including setup, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting and decommissioning. Oversees accountability for IT mobile equipment and identity hardware assigned to employees. Assists in the purchasing process for IT equipment and supplies. Includes but not limited to receivingdelivery, inventory management, records management and purchase approvals. Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all computer, telephone and mobile devices in the company. Education & Experience 2 years of general officeclerical experience, office manager experience in IT environment preferred. 1 year experience managing and troubleshooting Android and iOS devices required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must be proficient with computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel, and E-mail. Excellent people and communication skills required. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Background, drug screen and employment verification required.
