Our client, a university with a satellite location in Burlington, is seeking a temporary Administrative Operations Coordinator who provides support to the leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and office operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities include maintaining office and kitchen supplies, assisting with travel planning and expense reporting, and ensuring adherence to security protocols. The role also involves coordinating high-level meetings, preparing agendas, and supporting event planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This position pays $30 an hour and is fully onsite.
