Key Responsibilities: Collect overdue payments via phone and email. Maintain and review customer credit limits. Resolve disputed invoices and approve Net customer orders. Assess creditworthiness for new customers. Provide credit information to customers and sales teams. Work with attorneys and collection agencies when needed. Maintain accurate records and reports. Support process improvements and assist with special projects. What We're Looking For: Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.
