WHY TAKE THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE: Unique position- nice blend of accountingcostfinance Great for someone who is looking to make an impact Great people, average tenure is over 10 years) Fantastic benefits and perks Overview of the Accounting Manager: Manage month end close process Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, etc Oversee cost accounting and inventory management Assist the Controller in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting Support the annual budget, month and quarterly forecasts, and financial comparisons and explanations of actual results versus the financial estimates Balance sheet analysis for key accounts, including inventory and preparation or approval for account reconciliations Drive process improvements and better utilize new planning tool Support in integrating new company acquisitions into the BU Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting CPA preferred 5+ years accounting experience Manufacturing experience required- understanding of cost and inventory #INFEB2025
