HR ManagerCFS has partnered with a client of ours based in White Plains to identify their new HR Manager. This role reports directly into the Head of HR and is responsible for employee relations, benefit programs & administration, HR practices, and recruitmentsourcing. This is a high visibility position, with opportunity for growth.Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to understand business needs, and develop people strategies to support the organization. Establish trust with all employees, and build positive, respectful relationships. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings; revising and building job postings. Oversee workflow and processes, drive efficiency and understanding or HR Policies systems and processes. Respond to various Employee Relations issues and investigate complaints to recommend the most appropriate course of action. Prepare various reports for internal and external requirements, such as Worker's Compensation, FMLA, and benefits administration. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Assist management team with union contract administration. Respond to agency requests and attend hearings as necessary. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of HR experience. Minimum of 2 years of management experience. This role is full-time onsite to start, offering $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience.#LI-TM5 #LI-Onsite #INFEB2025 #ZRCFS
