UKG Payroll Systems AdministratorLocation: Onsite in Denver, CO (preferred)Salary: $100,000-$125,000 Join a rapidly expanding organization as a skilled UKG Payroll Systems Administrator to manage and optimize payroll systems. This opportunity focuses on improving system functionality, streamlining payroll operations, and ensuring the platform scales to support future growth. A top company in its industry Collaborative and flexible culture Growth opportunities Responsibilities: Oversee the UKG system, acting as the system manager and managing the payroll processor. Identify and implement improvements to optimize the UKG system for payroll efficiency. Build system controls, reporting, and visibility to enhance payroll operations. Work towards automating the UKG system to accommodate future growth and acquisitions. Configure, administer, and troubleshoot UKG Pro and UKG WFM. Ensure payroll data integrity and compliance with tax regulations while reviewing audit reports. Develop controls and reporting structures to improve payroll processing. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Accounting & Finance teams to integrate systems and streamline workflows. Oversee system configurations for year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation. Provide backup support for payroll processing during peak times. Support the integration of new acquisitions into the payroll system. Manage open enrollments, benefits changes, and assist with General Ledger rules configuration. Qualifications: Experience with UKG Pro (required) UKG WFM or similar timekeeping systems experience (preferred) Strong analytical skills and a passion for identifying and solving system issues Willingness to address and fill knowledge gaps related to payroll systems Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Accounting & Finance Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred This is a great opportunity for an experienced systems professional to take ownership of an expanding payroll system, drive process improvements, and play a key role in supporting future growth and scalability.
