Events CoordinatorLocation: Hybrid - Columbus, OHSalary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Events, the Events Coordinator will oversee all logistical aspects to ensure seamless event experiences. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with event planning teams for site selection, contract negotiations, and logistics. Manage all aspects of event execution, including pre-event preparations, onsite coordination, and post-event follow-up. Oversee event registrations, confirmations, payments, itineraries, and attendee accommodations. Coordinate travel, lodging, meeting spaces, AV needs, and meal functions. Ensure all event venues meet accessibility and attendee requirements. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, room blocks, and service agreements. Facilitate communication with event stakeholders, including speakers, vendors, and attendees. Conduct venue site visits and provide recommendations based on evaluations. Process event-related payments and reconcile financial reports in coordination with the finance team. Develop and maintain event timelines, reports, and procedural documentation. Utilize event management software to create efficient registration processes and generate reports. Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and travel coordination. Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. #ZRCFS#INMAR2025#LI-LC1#LI-Hybrid
