A collaborative and mission-driven work environment that values innovation and compassion. About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reimbursement Analyst to join our client's team. This role is critical in supporting the financial and regulatory operations of their healthcare network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare reimbursement, cost reporting, and regulatory compliance, with a passion for accuracy and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare cost reports for hospitals, clinics, and nursing facilities. Assist in the calculation and reconciliation of contractual allowances and uncompensated care reserves. Support the preparation of Medicare and Medicaid 3rd Party Settlement Reserves analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data uploads and reconciliations within financial systems. Monitor and interpret state and federal regulatory updates, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Assist with annual wage index audits and other financial projects as needed. Contribute to the annual net revenue budget process for all facilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, cost reporting, or regulatory compliance.
