Someone who will drive the project, and make sure tasks are completed and deadlines met. They are just starting UAT testing so someone who has strong experience with that type of testing. Be able to communicate with all levels from execs to regular employees. Project Internally is called Next Gen Time Project focused on creating actual timesheets. These timesheets are created in SAP (CATS Cross Application Timesheet) the person doesn't need to have that but it would be a plus. They have rolled out the new timesheets to the Supervisors. Now they are coming up to UAT testing for the regular employees. This has a high effort at this point lead and facilitate the UAT testing execute on plan Be willing to get hands dirty on the testing side. Timesheets are more complex due to the variation of time employees don't all work at the same time and they are in different states. Industries Utilities, Manufacturing or any industry that has more complex working hours (their workers drive trucks or check out meters so a variety of times worked).
