The Sr. Project Manager reports directly to the director or higher-level manager and is a key business manager charged with the responsibilities of the day-to-day management of one or more community-specific land development programs from planning through the completion of construction. Your Responsibilities on the Team Perform management control functions including costbudget controls, cash flow projections, activityprogram scheduling and monitoring compliance and obligations of tract map conditions, exactions and objectives.Administer multi-discretionary consulting teams in preparation and processing of land use documents and related infrastructure designimprovement plans.Assist in jurisdictional agency and other "public" (e.g. City Council, special interest groups, etc.), liaisonprocessing or all levels of required entitlements-to-use, CEQA requirements, site development plansdocuments and related merchant builder approvals.Assist in land acquisition and sale coordination of due diligence documentation and participate in builderuser administration, coordination and design review functions to ensure continuity from planning through completion.The Sr. Project Manager may be responsible for the management of one or more associates in the department.Perform all other duties as assigned.
