Position Details: Position Type: ContractJob Location: Indianapolis, INBenefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision InsuranceCompensation: $59.38 **Hybrid: 5 days in office to start; then TuesWeds in office and 3 from home 8am-5pm Overview:Reporting to the Global TA Operations & Change Manager, you will establish best in class TA Operational processes across our full spectrum of talent provision - Early, Mid and Contingent hiring. This will be though a combination of (but not limited to) vendor supplier management, continuous improvement, tech enablement, and process redesign. Managing TA Operations and Change for an assigned region(s), you will represent local business need - proposing and implementing change in the parameters of local labour law, alignment to TA strategy and global consistency where achievable Qualifications: • Get involved - not afraid to dive in a do the work• RPO experience or worked with an RPO - understands an outsourced relationship. Measuring success with the relationship and having a systematic approach to resolving and investigate. Root cause analysis• Preferred - Six Sigma - Lean experience or thinking is helpful!• Workday Recruit is important• MS Office - lots of emails and time management• Personality base is important: Energy - Drive - Time Management - Take Ownership• Also - Change management project or process improvement work Requirements:• Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high operational standards in talent acquisition within region(s). This involves ensuring consistent processes, metrics, and best practices are implemented to drive efficiency and effectiveness.• End-to-End Hiring Process Management: You will oversee recruitment process standards from requisition to onboarding. Your goal is to streamline and optimize the process to attract and hire top talent efficiently.• Vendor management: Working with the TA Operations and Change Manager you will drive continuous improvement of delivery via our supplier network, as well as internal teams involved in the talent acquisition process. This entails building strong partnerships, setting expectations, and ensuring best practice delivery. You will also work together to optimize vendor relationships, technology platforms, and tools to enhance recruitment outcomes.• Governance, Risk and Compliance Framework: Working with the TA Operations and Change Manager you will maintain a governance and risk framework to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition. This encompasses both our internal RR processes as well as external governance frameworks are maintained and operational by our supplier network.• Continuous Improvement: You will support continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function. This involves identifying areas for enhancement, implementing process improvements, and measuring the impact of these changes. You will also leverage data and analytics to gain insights and make data-driven decisions.• Knowledge Base Management: You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of talent acquisition processes, policies, and best practices for your region(s). This resource will be accessible to internal stakeholders and will serve as a reference for consistent execution and training.• Understanding of permanent and contingent hire processes, policies and legislation• Commitment to delivering the best customer experience through talent acquisition processes• Strong knowledge of operational talent acquisition best practice business assurance processes, policy management, legislation and compliance• Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively to deliver change• Operational change management & project management capability• Well-developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing skills• Excellent analytical skills - ability to provide key meaningful insights and drive change through value led approach• Continual commitment to personal learning, demonstrated ability to build on learning and share within the broader TA function• Strong external recruitment knowledge & network Apply Today!was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
