Career Path to CFO who is slated to retire in 1 year Interact with a broad range of departments and internalexternal stakeholders, strengthening relationships across the organization. Key Responsibilities: As Controller, you will oversee the preparation of GAAP financial statements and supplemental reports for private equity owners, bank lenders, and executive management. You'll lead the month-end close process and ensure the accurate completion of all general ledger activities. In this role, you'll guide and mentor the accounting team, interact with auditors, and continue developing the team. Additionally, you'll collaborate with department leaders across the organization to improve financial operations and lead process improvements to streamline and enhance the company's financial practices.Qualifications For The Controller Role 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a proven ability to work both strategically and tactically. CPA certification required. Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with middle to large-sized ERP systems (SAP, Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics GP). Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams and interacting effectively with stakeholders. Attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture and confidently present financials to owners and stakeholders. Big 4 or auditor experience preferred. Compensation Base Salary: $200K - $290K, based on experience + Bonus Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure.#INFEB2025 #LI-SP2
