Our client, a well-established real estate firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join its Leasing team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative skills, contract experience preferably, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Legal field preferred (experience may substitute). Minimum of 5 years of experience in lease administration, real estate accounting, or contract management. Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements and contract interpretation. Previous experience as a paralegal is a plus. Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work proactively, identifying issues and coordinating resolutions. Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software. Experience with Yardi or Commercial Edge is preferred. Must be fluent in English. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities: Support the Leasing Team in drafting new leases, lease proposals, and renewals. Verify legal business names and maintain lease-related documents. Manage lease templates and coordinate updates with attorneys as needed. Track and process broker commission payments for executed lease documents. Prepare lease abstracts for final execution. Administer the lease execution process, ensuring timely return of documents to tenants and brokers. Track tenant eligibility for lease options and assist in renewal preparation. Generate reports on lease expirations and renewal statuses. Manage the Leasing Department CRM program, inputting and tracking leads, deals, and renewals. Assist with data management within CRM and Lease Administration software. Provide additional support to the Leasing Team as needed. #INFEB2025#ZRCFS#LI-HR2
