Connections Personnel is hiring for a long term temporary Administrative Assistant for our client in Union.Looking for a detail oriented, reliable individual to assist the department director.This is a full-time, 35-hour work week, 9:00am to 5:00pm Salary $22.00 an hourResponsibilities:Project managementCustomer serviceExecutive-Assistant Type skillsqualifications, e.g. calendaring, email monitoringtriaging, confidentiality, etc.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with a diverse teamAbility to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects at once.Event coordination and planningAbility to act as a key liaison between different institutional unitsFluency with Microsoft suite, database software (e.g. Excel, etc.), project management softwareAbility to developreview marketing and presentation materialsGreat but not a deal breaker as we can train - A SaaS platform (e.g. Ellucian) and LMS (e.g. Canvas)Experience: Bachelor's degree plus 1-2 years of clericaladministrative or professional experience required. Higher education experience a plus.
