Our client is looking for an Estimator in the New HampshireMassachusetts market. The ideal candidate is expected to provide accurate estimates aligning with client design and budget expectations. Heshe should ensure project feasibility, compliance, and value through residential construction knowledge.Responsibilities of an EstimatorEstimate projects and change orders per margin requirements.Assist Sales in setting accurate project budgets.Take precise measurements and assess site conditions.Ensure compliance with codes and structural standards.Obtain multiple vendors quotes to stay within budget.Apply value engineering strategies.Participate in client meetings as needed.Develop standardized estimating details.Requirements for an EstimatorHigh school diploma: college or equivalent experience preferred.Strong residential construction knowledge and estimating ability.Proficiency in site evaluation, measuring, and reading plans.Experience with estimating software, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Additional NotesCompetitive salaryBonus potential401k and matchDental, Vision and Health benefitsPTO
