Role Summary:This role combines accounting, financial planning, and strategic decision support to optimize financial performance. It involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business partnership, primarily supporting Technology departments. The position ensures compliance with financial policies, provides insights into financial performance, and supports strategic initiatives.Must-Haves:8+ years of financial analysis experience, including management-level workBachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)Expertise in GAAP, FASB, and financial reporting standardsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (Workday a plus)Strong analytical, budgeting, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliancePreferred:Experience in a top public accounting firmProficiency in financial query and report writing toolsStrategic business partnership experienceDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
