Service Technician and Facilities Coordinator

Day-to-DayInsight Global is looking for a Robotics Technician and Facilities Coordinator to join our client in the robotics industry on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is local to Tampa, FL, and will require the successful candidate to be on-site 5-days week, Monday-Friday. This role requires the successful candidate to have hands on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience and strong customer service skills. You will be required to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair both obsolete and current robotics equipment, specifically within the marine industry. While robotics experience isn't necessary, you should be experienced mechanically within a similar field such as automotive or marine repair. You will also be responsible for all documentation relating to the equipment repair which includes working within CRM, ERP, and other data entry platforms. Additional duties include general oversight of the facility such as corresponding to customer emails and phone calls and supporting shipment logistics to ensure the units are dispatched in a timely and efficient matter. Must Haves- 4+ years of electrical and mechanical experience within the automotive, marine or related industry- Strong overall customer service experience- Documentation experience to log maintenance records- Ability to ship and dispatch units in a timely and efficient manner Plusses- Robotics assembly and repair experienceLogistics: Role Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday-Friday) Environment: On-site 5-daysweek Salary: $60,000 - $75,000yr USD
