The Massachusetts General Hospital Development Office seeks a Digital Producer for a 6-month contract position covering a parental leave (April-September 2025). The Digital Producer reports to the Senior Director of Digital Communications and also works in close partnership the Senior Director of Digital Marketing.The Digital Producer is an integral member of the Development Office's digital marketing program and plays a critical role in producing digital marketing campaigns, managing digital assets and content, and developing marketing automation workflows. The Producer works closely with the Communications team to translate content and requirements into effective marketing, using marketing automation and website management tools.The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation, web publishing, and email marketing tools, and possess high level of creativity, initiative, and energy. Experience with basic video editing is a plus but not required. The candidate will also be an exceptional individual contributor as well as a team player with a strong sense of professional ethics, and the ability to work effectively in a large, complex, dynamic, and sophisticated organization.About UsMassachusetts General Hospital is one of the world's top academic medical centers. We strongly believe that a team of diverse identities, experiences, opinions and perspectives drives creativity, innovation, and excellence.Click here to learn more about our team and what it's like to work with us.Primary ResponsibilitiesUtilize the department's template library to produce email marketing including e-newsletters, solicitations, announcements, and other email campaigns in MarketoProduce web content in WordPress including landing pages, product listings and other content, as neededPerform QA and cross-browser and cross-platforms testing for email, landing pages, event pages, posts and formsCustomize emails based on content needs and utilizing templatesCreate online donation and other forms, set up confirmationsManage and produce reporting and data exports from Marketo and WordPress and collaborate with the Information Management team on reporting and analyticsEnsure that web and digital marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelines, serve as a final check on all web and email content produced by others; ensure technical accuracy of web and other digital content; perform W3C validation and cross-browser testingEnsure that all images are properly formatted and optimized for the webParticipate in website testing after deployments and troubleshoot technical issues with the website and perform quality assurance checks to ensure a consistent user experience for donors, prospects, and other website municate status of tasks and assignments via project management tools including Microsoft Teams, Basecamp and AsanaIn coordination with the Senior Director of Digital Communications and Senior Director of Digital Marketing, respond to new project requests and evaluate the appropriate solution neededParticipate in weekly planning calls and other meetings as appropriate and work with members of the Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC) Team to ensure timely completion of projects and accurate deadline management.QualificationsA minimum of 3-5 years related technical experience required; experience in technology and interactive marketing required. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
