We are dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and driving technological advancements for our clients.Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial automation, preferably turbomachinery related. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer support. Primary customers include process plants in the Gulf Coast and Engineering Contractors (EPCs).Key Responsibilities:· Visit and meet customers and potential customers to promote Tri-Sen products & services. · Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges related to rotating equipment controls.· Collaborate with clients and Tri-Sen TMC experts to develop customized control solutions that meet their operational goals. · Respond to requests for quotes (RFP) in coordination with the Tri-Sen inside sales dept.· Conduct product and solution presentations to clients and prospects.· Manage the complete sales process from lead generation response, through proposal preparation and contract negotiation.· Maintain contacts, customers, and project pipeline in company CRM system.· Meet sales targets set by management.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.· 3-5+ years minimum experience in sales engineering or a similar role within the industrial automation sector in the US Gulf Coast region.
