About the RoleAs a Store Manager, you'll lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, drive operational excellence, and create an unparalleled shopping experience. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring operational success.What You'll Do:✅ Lead Sales & Operations - Drive sales performance and oversee day-to-day store operations.✅ Develop & Coach - Train sales associates in our "Customer to Client" selling system to enhance customer relationships.✅ Recruit & Build a Winning Team - Hire, train, and retain top sales talent.✅ Create a Customer-Centric Culture - Foster an environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty.✅ Monitor Performance & Set Goals - Track key metrics, analyze results, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.✅ Ensure Operational Excellence - Maintain proper staffing levels, oversee merchandising, and uphold store standards.What We're Looking For: Experience: 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in furniture or bedding sales.
