In this senior leadership position, you will manage a multidisciplinary team across electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil engineering disciplines. Your role will involve shaping the engineering vision, ensuring flawless project execution, and delivering world-class results.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil) across complex, large-scale solar and energy storage projects.Oversee the full project lifecycle, from design through to commissioning, ensuring all engineering deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution and risk mitigation.Develop and implement best practices, processes, and innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation for engineering activities, ensuring successful outcomes for all projects.Provide leadership in scaling the engineering department to meet the growing demand of projects. Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Serve as the primary point of contact for technical reviews and guidance, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.Ensure adherence to quality control and quality assurance procedures, maintaining high standards throughout project execution.What We're Looking For:10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale solar and BESS projects.Strong expertise across all engineering disciplines: electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil -depth understanding of the technical, financial, and operational aspects of solar and energy storage projects.Significant experience in managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced, growing environment.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients effectively.If you are interested in the position, please click apply with an updated copy of your resume.
