Quality ManagerWe're seeking a Quality Manager for a metal bearingstamping manufacturer to oversee our quality assurance systems, ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards, and drive continuous improvement for product quality and operational excellence.Duties & Responsibilities of Quality ManagerEnsure QA systems and procedures meet government, certification, and customer requirements; maintain and update the QA manual and internal processes.Conduct audits, investigate customer complaints, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.Manage and mentor staff, identifying opportunities for system improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Implement strategies to enhance inspection methods, equipment performance, product quality, efficiency, and team morale.Ensure full compliance with company QA policies and procedures.Experience & Educational Requirements of Quality ManagerBachelor's degree or 3+ years of quality management experience.Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9001AS9100) and experience as a Lead Auditor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems (SAP preferred).Experience with statistical analysis, lean manufacturing concepts, and materialinventory control (Kanban, Continuous Flow).Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to coach and interact effectively at all levels.
