This role is 13 administrative and 23 analytical, providing a mix of structured processes and strategic analysis.💼 Internal Structure:Reports to the Head of Investor Relations (West Coast) and works closely with a Senior IR Analyst in NYC.Highly visible role with direct access to business heads and executives.Expect 35-40 weeks of ~50-hour workweeks and up to 80-hour weeks during earnings seasons.Responsibilities:Craft investor communications - Work with senior executives, corporate communications, and finance teams to develop earnings materials, investor presentations, and credit rating presentations.Financial analysis & reporting - Compile and analyze data to help leadership communicate effectively with investors and analysts.Market & peer research - Monitor industry trends and peer performance, delivering insights to senior vestor relations operations - Maintain databases, oversee IR website content, coordinate vendor interactions, and assist with scheduling key investor meetings.Administrative & logistical support - Help with expense reporting, meeting prep, and investor event coordination.Who We're Looking For:✅ Top-tier candidates ONLY - Strong communicators who can interact with senior leadership. ✅ Finance or accounting background required - Either:1) Entry-level candidates with financeaccounting degrees and strong internships, OR2) 1-3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or similar), looking for a more analytical role. ✅ Strong work ethic & attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Technical proficiency - Must be comfortable using Excel and financial reporting tools. ✅ Career-driven - Open to obtaining the CFA or CPA to grow in the pensation & Benefits:Base salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience).Overtime pay - Earn extra for long hours during peak reporting periods.Bonus eligibility - Discretionary bonuses & potential long-term petitive benefits package including healthcare, 401k, and more.🔹 This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing finance or accounting professional to break into Investor Relations at a top firm.
