Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join one of our large energy companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, andor operations, with a particular focus on power plant and hydro plant experience. This role involves overseeing integration projects across 11 plants, with project values ranging from $750,000 to $360 million.Key Responsibilities:Lead integration projects, ensuring alignment with engineering disciplines and operational procedures.Develop and manage project drawings and terface directly with operations teams to ensure seamless integration and project execution.Oversee and coordinate projects across 11 plants, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.Apply technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges.Develop and implement strategic plans related to system integration.Provide technical architecture and design guidance to development teams.Monitor and manage integration architecture and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field OR 7+ years of experience.Proven experience in power plant operations, with hydro plant experience being highly desirable.Strong background in project management or operations.Excellent technical skills and the ability to manage complex engineering projects.Documentation and procedural skills.Proficient in ExcelSkills and Competencies:PMP certificationConfiguration softwareKnowledge of SQL, microservices architecture, and API strategy development is advantageous.
